Membership

Join the family of Joy as we encourage each other in following the Lord together

Our standards for membership are as follows:

  • Testimony of acceptance of the free gift of salvation
    offered through the death & resurrection of Jesus

  • Testimony of baptism by immersion as an outward sign of salvation

  • Completion of JBC 101 - a short class that goes over who we are and what we believe at Joy

Anyone who meets the standards of membership can become a member and join the family here at Joy. While church membership is not a requirement for salvation, following God, or for attendance at Joy, it does give you a group of fellow believers to surround yourself with to encourage and strengthen you in your walk with the Lord.
