Our discipleship program at Joy is a three step process. You will start with a one-on-one study that you will complete at your own pace. This covers what it means to be a follower of Jesus & how to serve Him with your life. It is designed to be for all - whether you are a new believer or have been for years. 
The next step is a group class designed to instruct the disciple on how to disciple others.
Finally, the last step is a classroom setting leadership training to teach the disciple how to study & interpret the Scripture & apply that knowledge to ministry.
